Brand, digital and graphic design

Whether you're building something new or refining what's already there, everything is handled with care and built to last.

SERVICES

  • Brand identity projects start with a proper understanding of your business and where it’s heading.

Once that’s clear, we develop the visual building blocks. Logo, colour, typography and clear guidelines, so your brand feels aligned and easy to use across everything it touches.

No two projects look the same. The direction always comes from the business itself.

  • Books, reports and longer form documents need structure and attention to detail.

When content gets complex, clarity becomes even more important. My job is to make your text and imagery work together so information is easy to follow, engaging and balanced, and something you’ll feel proud to put out into the world.

  • A well designed website should feel like a natural extension of your brand. Clear, easy to navigate and thoughtfully put together.

I design and build websites that are easy to use and simple to manage once they’re live.

From design through to build and handover, everything is handled in a way that feels straightforward and considered.

  • Branded social templates are often created as part of a brand identity project, but they can just as easily be developed on their own if you already have a brand in place and want your social presence to feel more consistent.

Strategy isn’t included, but if you need support in that area, I’m always happy to point you in the right direction.

  • Design doesn’t stop once your brand is launched.

From packaging and print to additional collateral and digital assets, this is about keeping everything feeling consistent as your business grows.

The goal is to maintain the standard and make sure everything you create reflects your business properly.

Working together

Investment

Every project is different, depending on where your business is at and what it needs.

Once we've talked through what you're looking for, I'll put together a proposal with costs for you to review. There’s no obligation, just a clear plan so you can decide if it feels right.

Are we a good fit?

The best outcomes come from working with clients who value thoughtful design and are open to a clear, collaborative process.

If you’re looking for something purely fast or production focused, we may not be the right fit.

Common questions

  • I tend to plan my schedule about four weeks ahead, so it's best to contact me as soon as you start thinking about needing a designer, and definitely before your deadline approaches.

  • Payments are split into stages, depending on the size of the project.

    For smaller projects, it’s usually:
50% up front to secure your booking
    50% on completion

For larger projects, payments are typically spread across three stages:
    33% up front
    33% mid-way through
    34% on completion

Everything is outlined clearly in your proposal before we begin, so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Branding projects

You’ll need to have completed the Brand Questionnaire before we can begin. Once I have that, we’ll meet (either in person or online) to go through any questions and make sure we’re on the same page before I dive into designing.

    Other design projects

This depends on the brief. Once we’ve discussed your project, I can let you know exactly what’s needed to move ahead.

  • If you’re still not happy after the agreed rounds of changes, we can keep refining things. However, there will be an additional cost for this extra time, which I’ll provide a quote for in advance.

This is a rare situation. We begin with a detailed questionnaire and briefing to make sure we’re on track, and most of the time the agreed rounds of changes are more than enough.

  • Please ask! I’m always open to discussing new design ideas. And if I can’t help then I may know someone who can.

  • The short answer is: maybe. Project timelines are carefully planned to allow time for research, concepts and refinement. However, there are situations where we may be able to move things along more quickly.

If you’re eyeing a speedy project, give me a heads-up as early as possible. I can then provide a custom quote based on your needs. Please note that this may include a rush fee, depending on the project’s complexity and deadline.
